Julia is a fully qualified Iyengar Yoga Teacher to Junior Intermediate level. She has been practising for 35 years and teaching for 15 years yoga classes in Worthing, Southwick, Portslade, and Brighton. She has studied with Mr.Iyengar in Paris and currently trains with 3 senior Iyengar teachers.
