FULL DESCRIPTION OF LISTING
For 9 years in south Orange County, CA, I have taught Iyengar
yoga; vinyasa yoga infused with alignment, balance and freedom from injury; rope yoga; pranayama, restorative and therapeutic yoga. I have practiced for 36 years and have taught for 16, 13 of them as a certified Iyengar yoga teacher. I have studied in India several times with the Iyengars and my main teacher in the U.S. for the past 21 years has been Manouso Manos, one of only two Senior Advanced Iyengar teachers in the world. I believe that yoga should be deep, powerful and joyful.
