The practice of Yoga is finding out that there is a connection to the divine with each inhalation and a surrender to the unknown with each exhalation. The life of a yoga practitioner is one in which the student strives to radiate a positive loving attitude towards duty, friends, family, neighbors, strangers, animals, plants, all of the Earth. The student seeks no harm to others or herself, in action, word or thoughts. The result of the yogic practices is living within the realm an expanded consciousness that aids in making the right choices.
