Quiet studio located near the city centre, close to the Jordaan. We teach a contemporary style of yoga that focuses on presence and embodiment. The teachers at the studio have a broad experience including psychotherapy, movement therapy and dance. Sandra and Leo, who run the studio, have over thirty years of teaching experience between them.
