Vera Debrovina is a British Wheel of Yoga accredited teacher. The BWY is the largest yoga organisation in the UK with over 3,000 registered teachers. The BWY recognised by the Central Council for Physical Recreation (CCPR) and Sport England as the national Governing Body for Yoga in Great Britain. The BWY promotes yoga classes, workshops, and events for members and the public.

Vera has been practicing yoga since 1992 and teaching from 2004. She is a qualified British Wheel of Yoga and Birthlight teacher. Vera has also completed training to teach children with Special Yoga Center and YogaBugs Ltd.
Vera’s creative approach is drawing on many traditions but heavily influenced and inspired by the teachings arising from Sri Krishnamacharya’s lineage such as Viniyoga, Iyengar and Ashtanga. Her lessons, therefore, are structured around vinyasa flows tuned to the individual or group needs.
Vera is teaching both group and private classes in the city and in SW London. She teaches yoga to all ages including ante and postnatal yoga and yoga for children.

Vera teaches primarily 1-2-1 sessions. Vera's group classes consist of dynamic flows with focus on breathing and relaxation.
