Yoga in Daily Life is a systematic approach to yoga based on the traditional practice of Hatha Yoga, It has been formulated into differant levels of practice by Paranmahans Swami Maheshwananda.It start from very basic movements and progresses to the more advanced postures. It includes pranayam and a progressive systematic approach to meditation as well called Self Inquiry Meditation. It has been in the west for more than 30 years and is practiced worldwide.
